I liked how friendly and helpful the staff was while we arrived. We were asked multiple times if we needed help finding our room or if we wanted to see a show. All good. However…. That ONLY lasted for a couple hours. We never were helped after that. It was like they were quick to help because they knew we were checking in hoping to Upsell us on some show but never bothered with us once we declined or didnt look like were already staying there. So why bother. Right? Well we were lost and even tho it was obvious because my teen daughter and me were WONDERING in circles trying to find an exit NOBODY helped of offered to help. I know las vegas casinos are designed to keep you inside for as long as they can, BUT i had NEVER felt so sequestered in my life! And ive lived in vegas and walked the casinos and strip while Poop-faced- DRUNK!! lol

Quiet Rooms, lots of space in the rooms. Two double Queen beds in each room. We paid a little extra to have an interconnecting room with daughter. Large bathroom and shower. Not as busy as the other hotels in the strip. But it is part of the MGM group so there are walkways to New York New York and even a tram link to Luxor. Excellent location. It has the Big Bus Tour Bus Stop right outside - so this is ideal for hop on/hop off tours. Lovely pools. Good staff. A few suggestions for improvements but we’d definitely stay here again. Really easy check in and check out too.

Love the theme, Vegas hotels now going in a different direction so it’s nice to still have hotels like this. We stayed in a Resort Tower Luxury Suite and it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping ensured that it was kept fresh and that towels etc were changed. Food court was excellent as was the other restaurant choices. Our group also ate at Buca de Beppo and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The Casino has a great atmosphere, bar staff are friendly and when gambling the waiter service was frequent.

Mark

Rooms were clean and self-paid breakfast options from the restaurants upstairs had a great variety of choices. The restrooms and exit areas to the self-park garage had a smell when you walk through, but it was a good hotel for couples looking for a cheaper hotel price to stay in for Vegas. Paying separate tickets to attend the Tournament of Kings shows was worth it too.

It is a good hotel, but age is showing. It is very clear MGM has it positioned as the ugly duckling of their portfolio. Yet, rooms are comfortable, facilities are aging but functional. A very practical choice in an ever more expensive Las Vegas.
